SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING

Typical processing includes orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however, if you need to change something on your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@lilyoaksoapery.com and we'll try our best to make any necessary updates. If your order has already been processed and prepped for shipping we will not be able to accommodate any changes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S. over $50.

Once picked up and scanned in by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail options.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may not be available for 48-72 hours after a label has been created. Once shipped, an order's tracking information and final delivery are outside of our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time. If there is an issue with a missing package, you will need to contact the carrier for resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not ship internationally at this time.
